I love meatballs make with ground beef, pork, and veal. My mother use to make them exactly that way. To the meat, she would add day old bread made into bread crumbs, fresh Italian parsley, freshly grated cheese , eggs, salt and pepper. Than she would brown them in olive oil and finish cooking them in her homemade tomato sauce.

I love making timballos. For those who have never heard of timballo, a timballo is an Italian word meaning little drum. Sometimes a timballo will be labeled a tortino or a sartu (the Neapolitan interpretation). Timballos are an Italian dish made with pasta or aborio rice, bound with eggs and or cheese and baked into a mold filled with savory cheeses meats and vegetables. It is a wonderful dish to serve at dinner parties and easier to make then lasagna.

Are you over dressing, under dressing or dressing appropriately? If you are not sure, why not use the 14 point system? So how does the 14 point system work?

DearGaby, If an applicant shows up for an interview dressed inappropriately, do you mention it to them? Obviously it shows poor judgement, but I’m curious as to whether you ask if they think they are dressed appropriately.
